Our Story

Todd and Elena Tucson real estate investors

A quite a few years back Elena and I had started a couple businesses. We did pretty well and we bought several rental properties here in Tucson. In 2021 we found ourselves burnt out and needing a rest.

We sold our businesses and bought a cute home in another state on some property near a lake. We found a property management company that seemed like they were on their game and said all the right things. So we signed right up and took off to our new home. It was fine for a bit…

Then came the lack of communication, outrageously insane charges, the constant wondering if I was overpaying contractors’ for unnecessary work or work that wasn’t completed properly… At first they seemed fine turning units reasonably fast but that soon came to a halt as units started sitting vacant longer and longer.

After the first year I started noticing all of my tenants that have been with us for years starting to leave. The slow maintenance service, outrageous fees to the tenants and bad customer service was costing us money in tenant turnover. After two years of bad communication, spending that was out of control and property neglect we decided to throw in the towel and come back home to Tucson to manage our own properties.
